This Cabernet Franc comes from a sun-drenched vineyard in Osoyoos. Meticulously managed and hand-harvested, the wine expresses the lavish ripeness of both the site and the 2021 vintage.

Winemaking

Fermentation occured in wooden tanks, lending a fine-grained structure to the wine. The wine was then aged for 18 months in French oak barriques (50% new and 50% neutral), enhancing the fruit with complex notes of clove, nutmeg, and chocolate.
